• 18mm pressure-treated floorboards with bearers to keep the floor elevated off the ground.

• 40kg heavy-duty modified bitumen mineral felt for the roof, securely nailed for long-lasting protection.
• All our sheds are manufactured with pressure-treated tanalised timber on the outside of the building to help against rotting, fungal and insect attack
  Galvanized nails are used throughout our item, as well as every cladded timber is double nailed for extra strength

• Sizes and measurements provided are approximate, and the timber's characteristics may change over time due to environmental conditions.

Cracks and Timber Quality:

• Deep or wide cracks may appear, but these do not affect the strength or quality of the structure.
• Cracks are part of the natural aging process of timber and do not compromise the building’s integrity.
• Our customers appreciate the natural look and high-quality timber we use, which is above industry standards.

Maintenance and Responsibility:

• Regular airing of the building is recommended to prevent condensation or mold.
• We are not responsible for any issues caused by work done by third parties on the building.

Inspection and Acceptance:

• Customers or their representatives must inspect the building upon delivery to ensure the work meets satisfactory standards.
• If no representative is available, it is assumed that the work is accepted as satisfactory.

Base Requirements:

• The base for the building must be level and firm to ensure proper installation.
• If you are using a concrete base, allow at least 7 days for it to harden before installation.
  

Customer Responsibility:

• Any issues arising from an unsuitable base are the responsibility of the customer.

Maintenance & Care

Treatments:

• All buildings come pressure-treated as standard to protect against rot, decay, and fungus.
• Manufacturer recommends applying an additional oil or spirit-based treatment to provide extra water protection from the British weather.
• Since timber is naturally porous, applying this treatment will help extend the lifespan of your garden building.
• For added protection, we suggest installing guttering to help channel rainwater away, preventing it from penetrating the sides of your building.

Floor Protection:

• Each building includes pressure-treated floor bearers that lift the structure off the ground.
• These bearers prevent the floor from coming into direct contact with rainwater.
• The treatment helps safeguard the bearers against rot, decay, and fungus, ensuring a longer-lasting foundation for your building.

Delivery

• The order will be confirmed typically within 2 days of order placement. 
• The manufacturer will then pick, pack and wrap it onto a pallet
• Flat-packed buildings are delivered quickly and for free, arriving within 3-7 working days.
• Ready-to-assemble sheds, delivered on a pallet in easy-to-build sections.

Returns

• Cancellation Period: You can cancel your order (or any part of it) within 14 days of receiving the item without giving any reason.

• How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please contact us with your full name, address, and order reference number, or you can simply return the product following our return instructions.

• Deadline: As long as you inform us of your decision to cancel before the 14-day period ends, you’ll be within the cancellation deadline.

• Refund Process: If you cancel your order, we'll refund your payment, including the standard delivery costs. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we’ll only refund the standard delivery charge. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

• Product Return: We might wait to process the refund until we’ve received the returned items or proof that you’ve sent them back, whichever comes first.

• Exceptions: Unfortunately, you cannot cancel or return your order if:

  • The product has been taken out of its sealed packaging.
  • It includes perishable items or products unsealed for hygiene reasons.
  • The product has been customized or made to your specifications.
  • It has been mixed with other items in a way that cannot be separated.

• Returning Items: If you decide to cancel your order, you must return the product within 14 days of cancellation (and no later than 28 days after delivery). Make sure to securely pack the item, include the returns note, attach the return label, and send it back using a courier or recorded delivery service.

• Faulty Products: If you receive a damaged or faulty product, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll offer you a repair, exchange, or refund based on what’s most appropriate.

• Your Rights: Our cancellation and return policy does not affect your legal rights regarding faulty products.
